It’s been hard to find someone I can truly trust who’s patient and gentle enough for him, and that’s all I ask for. The lovely lady at the front desk of grooming (sorry I didn’t get your name!) was also wonderful and helped both my dog and I feel comfortable in a place he usually hates. I can finally say I’ve found a spot where I feel confident leaving him. Thank you, everyone!

She took the time to thoroughly discuss what I wanted for my dog’s haircut and recommended services to help with his dry skin and specific hair type. She was friendly, professional, and even scheduled the next appointment based on how long it would take for his hair to grow back to his current length when needed to cut. She also added detailed notes so the next groomer can easily replicate the style.
