Our sweet boy Freddy was in good hands the second he walked in the door! 24 hours later, he is back home on the path to recovery!! The cherry on top was I walked in for pick up and they handed me a refund of over $3,000.00! That rite there is honesty and integrity!!! Thank you from the Currys!!!

It was a very scary and emotional visit because our sweet dog was having multiple seizures within 24-hours. We were treated with such kindness from the call we made to them before we went in, to the discussion on what our baby was experiencing, our ultimate decision to not let her suffer, to our final goodbye. Everything was explained to us step-by-step, we were given time to process and just love her during her final moments. Making a decision to let go of your pet, who is your family, so they aren’t suffering anymore is one of the hardest and heartbreaking decisions. I am thankful we called NWS that night. We will forever be grateful for your kindness during that difficult time. Thank you for everything.

Everyone from the front desk staff to the docs were all kind and gentle and helpful. Dr, Headrick called after the surgery and was so kind and said we made the right decision and how lovely and beautiful our girl is. A day after surgery I noticed they had even clipped her nails. That was big because I had taken her in for a clip two days before and she could not tolerate it because she was silently ill. Thank you for taking such great care of our baby!

Staff showed little urgency or empathy, and we felt dismissed throughout the visit. The cost was extremely high, yet no meaningful treatment or solution was provided. As Latino pet owners, we left feeling that we were not treated with the same level of respect as others in the building. That feeling alone is unacceptable. We will not be returning.
