It isn’t a Vetco/Petco issue—it often comes down to the individual. I recently witnessed an assistant who showed very little engagement with the client or the pet. They clearly weren't comfortable, which resulted in a kitten easily slipping out of its restraint. The assistant seemed fearful, and I actually had to encourage them to engage with the kitten to keep things safe. When writing reviews, please be specific and clear rather than judgmental. Don't "false label" the whole business as if everything was wrong. I love Petco, the staff, and the Vetco Clinic. Give them a go! Never let one person's mistake stop you from getting your pet the utmost care. If you have a serious grievance, I recommend contacting the Vetco Clinic hospital in Newington directly. #RECOMMEND #PETCO #VETCOCLINIC
