We brought her here for her first visit and even though she was a little scared, they handled her perfectly and with care! The check-in process was very easy and the techs who administered her vaccines were wonderful. We'll be returning in a few weeks to do her next round as well.

Nobody has answers to simple questions and nor do they care. I was talking to the Vet who put me on hold for 25 minutes, then had someone else answer the phone. The guy then proceeds to tell me to "call back because they are very busy". Yeah I won't be giving this place not even a penny more of my hard earned money. They are next level, rude and beyond unprofessional.
