    Knowledgeable staff, store well merchandised. If they don't carry what your looking for they can get it in. Animals also well taken care of including the fish.

    Wishing there was a lot more things in stock. Trying to find a harness for a 10 week 9ld puppy is impossible.

    I am very disappointed with my recent grooming experience at Petco. I brought my poodle, Luna, in for a simple haircut with groomer Elizabeth T, and the results were extremely upsetting. Not only was Luna completely shaved down when I had asked for a light trim, but during the grooming process her leg was cut badly enough that she needed stitches at the vet. Thank goodness for the store manager, Alison, who handled the situation with care and professionalism. She immediately took responsibility, took Luna to the vet herself, and made sure all medical costs were covered. I truly appreciate how she managed the situation. However, Petco needs to improve their grooming staff training. Pet grooming requires skill, experience, and caution. It is not acceptable for pets to be injured due to lack of training or supervision. Petco should ensure they have experienced groomers in charge who can guide those who are still learning, so situations like this do not happen again. I will not be bringing Luna back, but I sincerely hope Petco takes this as a sign that better training and oversight is urgently needed.

    the absolute best grooming salon i go to. especially in this area i always recommend this area to my family and friends. the girls that work here are so sweet and respectful every time i come here for my grooms and i can tell they love what they do. !

    (October 5th) The manager Tyler is such a horrible person!!! So rude and absolutely unreasonable. He sent an employee home for trying to help me on a mobile order! I paid for my dogs food online due to it having a 20% coupon if ordered and picked up. When I arrived he continued to tell me that it was sent to another petco but was showing him it was for this one on Kitts Lane. He continued to tell me that I MUST buy another bag in order to leave even though I was showing him my emailed confirmed as well as order number that is provided right at check out. He then proceeded to kick me out and call the cops even though I was calm when he was raising his voice at me and talking with his hands actively. While waiting outside I proceeded to call the store and ask what is the turn around time if I order the dog food online and the guy on the phone told me I can come right away. I then proceeded to wait for an hour and a half for it. Super unprofessional as he was even wearing dirty sweat pants and a dirty jersey. No profession at all from the way he dresses to the way he treats his customers. Cops arrived shortly after and helped me with great respect. Even with the cops Tyler (the manager) had such attitude and horrible communication skills. I can’t believe he sent home (possibly fired) his own employee for trying to help me!!! Horrible person to be running your store. Then to top it off he cancelled my dog food order right after I left. How can you cancel an order you never received?!?!?!? Now I have to repurchase it from else where and go get it. Absolute ridiculous!!!!! Update (November 12th) — Still have not received a call back on this issue. I called corporate AGAIN now to see what is going on due to them stating they would call me about this issue in approximately 2 weeks after first initial call and even said they would compensate me for 1 bag of dog food (very grateful for)! It’s been over a month now and still have not heard a thing. Do they think this is just going to be forgotten about?!? The manager called the cops on me and proceeded to tell the cops that I was showing a fake screenshot and trying to steal the dog food… I gave the police my phone to prove it was not fake and I truly purchased the food and the police continued to tell the manager that it was not a fake screenshot and everything here is legit. I showed my bank charge and I even offered to go print out my bank statement to show it was paid for!!!! You would think a company at this scale would call to iron out this issue however NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
