He got bathed and trimmed and she took great care to understand what I hoped for in his service and took time to explain, answer questions and most importantly, took time to make friends with Jazzy. He was happy, tail wagging when I left him in her care and happy, tail wagging when I picked him up. He looked great and she went above and beyond to make sure it was a great experience.
