- JPJane PalmerMar 25, 20265.0The Vet who gave Mandy her vaccinations was great and the staff at Middletown Petco are friendly and helpful. The problem I have is with your computer system. I noticed after Mandy's first visit that my address is an old one so I called Customer Service on 2/17/26 and spoke with Joe who said he would update my address. On that same day I went to Petco and asked they put in their computer Mandy's correct birthdate. After this recent visit, I went to your website to get Mandy's medical records - address is still incorrect and birthdate still incorrect. Not sure how to fix these problems.

Every time we were greeted by a different staff team, but they were all great! I would definitely recommend Vetco clinic (not hospital; I didn’t use) to anyone who needs a quick visit to get up to date. They gave my animals a quick check up and let me know of a few things that I should follow up with my pet’s Veterinary. They know their stuff and I trust them. They were very caring and gentle with each of my animals. :)
