They were quick and easy, my dog is a little big and they were so calm with her. She did well with two shots and medicine

For the first time I am extremely disappointed in Vetco. I have been using them for years for routine vaccines and quick exams for my animals. The vet that ws there on 8/23 barely even looked at my dog. He was very unpersonable and fabricated vitals (he never checked the respiration rate or pulse on my dog yet put a number in the records. Never even attempted a temperature but said he was unable to assess the dog.

The vet was just okay. I expected her to give my kitten an exam. This service is not cheap. She gave my kitten the shot it needed so she gets a few stars for that, but there is no waiting room and all the people waiting with various animals ( some not friendly) in the isles where people come in to shop is just not good. It was not organized at all and it was a very chaotic experience. The stars are for the vet because she was able to give my cat the shot it needed other than that it was not a good experience at all.

Clinic is in main store, so don't take pets here if they aren't used to being around other animals.

Two stars because the staff at Petco was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. I showed up to my appointment at middletown petco and waited in line ( I didn't check in on my phone). The staff member was with the guy in front of me for over 15 mins and then went back to the counter and stood there on her phone. When I finally got her attention she said it was too late for my appointment and I had to make a new one. While I was talking to her she turned around and started talking to her coworker, ignoring me. I walked away and was helped by the Petco staff. I was able to see the vet after but the Vetco employees were rude. I will never visit this location again. If vetco is strict on their appointment times, then their employees should not have personal conversations that last 15 mins and more,
