Whats the point of being a groomer that doesn’t have patience or the art to work with pets!! Never again!

I purchased a Nemo fish tank decoration, within 2 months the paint was chipping off and getting all over the place inside the tank.. she wouldn't let me exchange it or give me a store credit, when I said it was a waste of $15? She just shrugged and rolled her eyes at me. Management should want to help the customer.. I will never by anything from them anymore.. first experience and last experience.. sticking to the Mom and Pop local spots for now on!
- JSJuanita StewartOct 17, 20255.0Cathy D (Cat) is wonderful when it comes to my puppy’s care. She is gentle and takes good care of my pet. She is very professional and a very sweet young lady. I normally drive to NY for my baby’s grooming until it dawned on me that my groomer doesn’t check for pet’s medical status. My poor baby came back with fleas . I tried another groomer in north have (won’t say the name), the young man was ok. Never really followed my requests on how to cut my pup’s fur. My pup gets anxiety from being in cages too long, so I always tell groomers to call me as soon as they are finished or close to being done. I don’t mind waiting to extra few mins or 1/2 hr. I told him to call me as soon as he was finished grooming my baby. He did not. I just happened to bump into him in the parking lot. When asked if my pup was ready, he said yes, but, he’s going to lunch and someone will call me. Needless to say. When I went in to get my pup, the other groomer says he’s out to lunch and I have to come back. I almost lost my mind. I politely told her, the groomer already told me she’s ready for pickup. That was the company and his last grooming session with my baby. After meeting Cathy, I refuse to let anyone else groom my baby. She is a gem!

Last time there was one person on the register with a long line, while other coworkers were chatting in the office, extremely inconvenient when you are trying to make a quick stop for pet food. Also they offer same day delivery, which is NEVER same day, Petcos’ reasoning….the are understaffed! No kidding. Im taking my business to Chewy. Worst pet store I’ve encountered.
