- PMPatty MansfieldOct 26, 20251.0I went to shop Thursday night after work and I went into the aisle where the food i wanted was located and there was a employee in the aisle and she never acknowledged me and thats probably cause she was to busy eating cheese its from her cart she was using, I looked for her name but no name badge. I went to the front and asked if store manager Brad was working to tell him and the cashier in a sad voice said he was no longer there and that also made me sad cause he was so nice and always so helpful. I also learned that the employee in the aisle with no name tag and who didn't greet me or ask if I needed help and was chowing down on her cheese its was in fact the new store manager. Great job Petco getting rid of a great store manager who greatly improved the positivity and vibe of the store to what they have now, you can already tell the good vibes are gone. Great job Petco.

Kian was especially helpful and knowledgeable and provided us with everything we needed. Will be coming back here in the future for all of our pet needs!
