The staff is very caring and compassionate. The Dt and the Aides give you any info needed And make it very comfortable to ask other questions as well.

I have been taking my cats to Companion for the past 25 years and almost always had great experiences. Times were certainly better when Drs.Mac and Earl were in charge. Too much commercialization and transient vets these days. Thankfully Dr. Earl still comes in and we had a great visit with him this week. 😀

Took my dog here yesterday because woke up and my dog pee'd blood on her pee pad. They did no tests of any kind, said it was a UTI. Gave her a shot and sent us home. I collected a stool and urine sample because her condition was not getting better. Took her back this morning, they still ran no tests but said that she could have eaten rat poison but did not offer treatment. Now my dog is at another vet and they x rayed her and found a large blood clot in her kidney. She is declining and may die. With poisoning in pets timing is extremely crucial. Very sad that an "emergency Vet Clinic," could not run a single test to identify the problem. My dog may die now because of their dismissiveness. Do not go here.
***Update: my dog passed away due to an aggressive form of bladder cancer. It is likely that if the Vets here did their job correctly my dog still would have passed away. The point is they did not do anything. Then they called and tried to pressure us into changing our review. I stand by my review, please do not take your pet here for anything more than routine shots. ***

I was visiting my daughterand my dog got into a scuffle and ended up with a couple of bites. Called a few places, both 45 minutes away. Found Companion who was only 15 minutes away, called them up, and said to come in in 30 minutes, Kayla (the receptionist) asked all kinds of questions, told me she would contact my local vet and get needed info.
Every person was absolutely above and beyond wonderful. Vet Tech Megan and Dr. Anderson-Beamer were so kind and calming for both myself and Mac. Not to mention how incredibly fair their pricing was. It would have cost me much more back home.
Cannot recommend highly enough.
In fact, Companion could indeed be my new vet, it’s only a two hour drive.

I was looking for a local, rabbit savvy vet to establish care, have a general wellness visit and maybe even get my guy vaccinated. I was delighted with the knowledge and handling by the staff. Rabbits are considered exotics and just because they have exotic experience, doesn't mean they know rabbits specifically. Katie Jo, their certified exotic specialist was amazing as was the actual vet. We were able to get him his first dose of the vaccine and schedule the next. 10/10 so glad to find them!
