- KDKelly DavisDec 23, 20251.0Do not bring your dog here for grooming I brought my dog here to get groomed they end up cutting my dog on his ear now he’s being rushed to some vet all the way in Middletown i recieve a phone call telling me I need to pick my dog up from there still not knowing what happened exactly I was just told to go to the hospital I get there my dog has not even been seen yet mind u I took atleast 1 hr before I got there so now the doctor sees us the cut is very tiny even the doctor suggested that I go back and finish the cut but the guy from petco says they don’t do grooming with open wounds my dog cut is not finished the cut was a bad job from the beginning on top of me not even recieving a call to check if he’s okay or to finish his hair cut very unprofessional

Although I was able to purchase them, I end up paying more for the items than I would have. I will not be using the pickup in store option anymore.

She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and the love she showed for my puppy,”Rocco” I will never forget. I want to let you know you are very lucky to have such a dedicated employee and I hope she is recognized for her outstanding service she gave to us.
