I just brought my pet here bc I was thinking about transferring my pets. Omg, it was disgusting, the exam room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in many, many months. I’ll keep looking

I recently adopted my first puppy, and was so nervous as to how the vet process worked for a puppy and how expensive it was going to be. The manager Desira was so beyond calming and helpful and has made our puppy Coco, feel so loved for. Great staff, location, and manager.

The front desk receptionist was extremely rude! I felt very uncomfortable and I’m pretty sure I had to be with my color of skin. This is a very unpleasant place to go to.

I brought my French Bulldog, Mars, to Banfield Pet Hospital in Glastonbury, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this team. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, compassionate, and patient — you can tell they truly love what they do.
On our first visit, we saw Dr. Guerrera, who was absolutely amazing. She made sure Mars got everything he needed to start feeling like himself again. Today, we saw Dr. Bradley, and she was just as wonderful — so kind, so thorough, and took the time to explain everything over the phone in detail. She made me feel like she truly cared about Mars and was treating him as if he were her own dog. As a nurse and a dog mom, that meant a lot to me.
I also have to give a huge shoutout to the vet tech who helped us the Sunday we came in — if you’re the one with the all-white blind pittie, I’m talking about YOU!! 😀 You were incredible. You made me feel completely comfortable handing Mars over, and you could just see how much you love your job. You were also the one who told me about the Wellness Plan, which I wish I’d known about sooner!
Last year, I brought my other dog, Luna, to the Plainville location and was told they couldn’t enroll her on the plan because she was sick — which turned out to be incorrect. That visit ended up costing us so much money. I honestly believe if I had gone to the Glastonbury team back then, the experience would have been completely different. They’re so much more informative, caring, and genuinely invested in both pets and owners.
Even though Mars isn’t 100% healed yet, I have no doubt this amazing team will get him there soon. They’ve been attentive, compassionate, and so easy to trust. For around $300, Mars walked out with antibiotics, eye drops, probiotics, and anti-nausea meds — and now with the $60/month Wellness Plan, we’re covered for vaccines and so much more.
I can’t recommend the Glastonbury Banfield Pet Hospital enough. They treat your pets like family, and that kind of care is truly priceless. 🐾❤️

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
