The manager keeps the clinic running smoothly and ensures a positive atmosphere. I love how she is at the front desk helping her team! Dr. Bradley is exceptional. She’s thorough, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients! Her entire staff is compassionate, efficient, and dedicated. Highly recommend this Banfield location for consistently excellent care. I have waited years to find a vet clinic I feel confident about going to!

As a large breed dog owner finding a vet to care for him is no easy task! Dr Bradley is phenomenal as is the entire team from the front desk VAs all the way to the Manager. The Manager is a pleasure to work with and you can tell how much she cares she’s always interacting with the pets and clients and out at the desk instead of locked away in an office. Thank you Banfield Glastonbury you guys are the best
- AAASFeb 14, 20261.0First and foremost, the manager at the front desk is very much pesty and has a disgusting attitude. Her face just gives miserella. The doctor himself had this broken english that makes hard to understand him. This place as an entire practice has poor poor communication & sanitation. EVERYONE tells you something different this place takes no accountability what so ever with their messy communication and their lack of customer service skills. This place is a wild safari everyone here with the exception of the two amazing receptionist up front run around like chickens with no heads running into walls.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
