My plan was to take two cats in, come out with them all vaccinated, put them together in carrier in car, and bring the 3rd cat in the 2nd carrier. The vet tech (Tony) told me he would have to cancel the appointment for the 3rd cat, as he was not in a carrier WHILE IN MY CAR! I explained that I thoroughly read the policy, and there was no such mention of that in the policy. I spoke to the manager, Ken, who was not willing to accommodate me with my scheduled appointment because he had to follow policy, which it is very apparent that neither were truly sure of what they were talking about. Advise everyone to maybe try a different Petco.Very rude and unaccommodating manager and vet tech.

At the register they charged me full price, then when I asked about it the cashier just said, “oh thats wrong” with zero context and just kinda looked away while I looked at her like she was crazy. It was uncomfortable and it shouldn’t have been. Super unprofessional. Do better Petco.
