Zero was very nervous at first, but the staff was so calm and patient with him, which really helped him relax. By the end of the visit, he was doing great! Both of my cats were well taken care of, and the entire team was kind, gentle, and professional. It made the whole experience stress-free for both me and my pets. We will definitely be coming back for their next shots. Highly recommend!

- GMGlendalie MercedApr 27, 20251.0I made an appointment for 4/26 @ 2:30pm, ( I was first person at 2:30) the lady who approached us at their check-in podium ( I didn't get her name) was just the rudest person! I simply wanted to find out if my Nalas appointment included certain services and when I simply let her know I had a quick question before she checked me in she replied with " I don't have time to answer your questions because I have to ask you some questions but you can ask the vet over there" I replied with an "Okay?" and just looked at her she then changed her demeanor. Turned out I didn't need the appointment however she marked it as " missed" I hope a Vetco supervisor sees this post.
