I simply wanted to find out if my Nalas appointment included certain services and when I simply let her know I had a quick question before she checked me in she replied with " I don't have time to answer your questions because I have to ask you some questions but you can ask the vet over there" I replied with an "Okay?" and just looked at her she then changed her demeanor. Turned out I didn't need the appointment however she marked it as " missed" I hope a Vetco supervisor sees this post.
