  Our Chihuahua rescue loves this place. They even did an assessment to see if he could attend their doggie play group. We always add grooming anytime he stays and he comes back clean and happy and a little sleepy.

  The kindness and compassion shown to my anxious Doodle by the Wiggles staff gave me great confidence and reassurance in leaving him in their care. The daily Pup Reports and pictures of him happy and playing helped us feel closer to him while we were away! Highly recommended Wiggles for boarding.

  Wiggles is the best! My puppy absolutely loves going there every week. The staff are wonderful and kind and I trust them wholeheartedly with my baby girl!!

  I visited the former Larkin’s Run Kennel, now called Wiggles and run by new owners. It still looks the same but with some new improvements, notably in the lobby. I was told there were new heating and mechanical systems installed as I’m sure they were old and needed to be replaced to bring the place up to a certain requirement for pet safety and comfort. I will not be able to use them as I wanted because the pricing structure was too high compared with many other places I’ve used. The estimate I got for 2 dogs was approx $200/night. The costs included a large kennel for $79.95, plus $55 for my second dog, in the same kennel. Theres a required activity plan, costing from $20-50/ dog/day . I chose the $20 plan because I don’t think it should be required every day. Is that even a legal thing. The total was $80+55+40=$175. I added a frozen Kong/night as a treat. That was a bargain at $10 for both. That came to $185/ night and then add taxes. That was the least costly price for 2 dogs in a kennel. I think the new owners were told something incorrect about the area and the type of clients they would have. It’s not an exclusive area and it’s still a kennel. Maybe if you have one dog and go away 1-2/year it might be fine. For others that travel more often and have 2 or more dogs, the costs would be very high. The staff was personable and attentive to my questions. I believe the pet care is good but the costs seem preventative to attracting new clients. If the improvement costs are the reason for the high prices, that is a bad business practice as potential clients will be interested but find other more reasonably priced options,
