- APAnonymous PenguinOct 24, 20253.0they are kind and helpful here. however it made me really sad to see their leopard geckos :( the humidity was through the roof and they were ALL huddled in one hide together which is a bad sign. I wish petcos in general took better care of their animals. :( EDIT: I’m not sure what the point would be of calling to talk to a team lead about this. Know how to take care of your animals, and take care of them. I witnessed the geckos with nearly 90% humidity, all crowded together which is a sign of stress. They should have 60% humidity max. Nothing more to be said. I’m sure if a team lead walked over to that tank right now they’d see the same thing.
- PNPatty NantaisOct 22, 20251.0All is usually great, here at Petco, but this visit I asked the cashier for a bag, at the end of my transaction (I had a rescue dog with me that I'm fostering who can be a handful, sporadically, n I didn’t want to juggle everything) n as she walked away, from me/her register, she pointed at the pile of paper bags saying they're free! Imagine my surprise n disappointment... also it's not MY JOB!!!
