  My King Charles cavalier looks like a toddler took scissors to him, Deja the groomer butchered my fur baby. My Frenchie had a bath and "supposed to have gotten her ears cleaned! They still had a bad smell after all was said and done. I dropped them off at 8:45 the process took about 40min for paperwork and questions, request I wanted for my babies. They were out of there at 10:20 I thought that was quick for 2 dogs, baths, nails trimmed and buffed and ear cleaning, saying that to say' how good of a job could be done in such a short time. After all!, the way I got my babies back speaks for it self. Wouldn't recommend that Petco on sugar hollow in Danbury.

  Huge thank you to Deja at Petco Grooming for doing such an amazing job with our golden doodle, Tia! She looked absolutely beautiful after her groom—clean, soft, and perfectly styled. Deja was professional, kind, and clearly took great care of her. We truly appreciate the attention and care she gave Tia. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this pet grooming location in Danbury. My dog, a 7-pound maltipoo who has always been friendly and well-behaved during grooming appointments, was scheduled with Mara. He has been groomed at multiple places before without any issues, so what happened here was very concerning. During the appointment, I received a call asking me to pick him up early because he was “attempting to bite repeatedly.” This is completely out of character for him. Naturally, I was worried and called to ask if he may have been hurt or handled too aggressively, but I was simply told that maybe he was having a “bad day.” When I picked him up, I was shocked by his condition. He had been shaved down so closely in several areas that you could see the pink of his skin, despite already having a short coat when he came in. He was not matted. At the same time, the grooming was incomplete. His face, feet, and other areas were left untouched. It looked rushed, uneven, and careless. To make matters worse, I was still charged the full $75 for a service that was clearly not completed properly. Based on my dog’s distressed behavior, which is highly unusual for him and the poor quality of the grooming, I strongly believe he may have been handled in a way that caused him stress or discomfort. This experience was upsetting, and I will not be returning. I would not recommend this groomer to anyone who values gentle handling and quality care for their pet.

  Went to have my dogs nails clipped. Tanya was the first person who actually clipped her nails just the right length. Very happy with that!
