  My experience was good. I brought a coupon in and it was honored. In shopping for pet food on a Saturday morning the shelves could have been stocked better. I will return to the store.

  The groomer gave Duchess a terrible haircut. She did not give her a clean face as requested, no pomp on the end of her tail and no shape at all to her head. She’s a poodle but you would could never guess what breed she is. I will never take her to this Petco again.

  I've had 2 separate problems and after the first one I should have quit buying from them while I was ahead... First let me say I was a petco shopper for years until now... I purchased a carhartt coat ($50.00) for my daughter's miniature poodle on NOVEMBER 5 and three weeks ago back in the middle of FEBRUARY we noticed the velcro was no longer working and the coat kept sliding off. I called and spoke to a woman who said she was the manager of the store. I explained the situation and asked if i could bring it back for a store credit or a replacement coat. I used my account phone number so the store manager was able to confirm it was purchased at this location. I was told NO she couldn't do anything for me after 60 days with it unopened and a receipt. Her tone was short and sharp while I was trying to explain that this coat for the price shouldn't be not working and it was bad for business especially since (Petco has exceptions to their return policies and ultimately it's at the manager's discretion) it ended with the manager telling me to contact carhartt directly. Which I did and thankfully they were kind enough to send me a replacement free of charge. Next issue was my husband bought Youly boots for our miniature poodle right before Christmas time and unfortunately my daughter threw out the receipt and packaging before we made sure they fit and they were too big. Our poodle wasn't able to leave the livingroom with them on because they kept coming off. I called Petco and spoke to a young man who said he was the manager and there was nothing he or the store could do because we didn't have the packaging or receipt. They are Petco's own brand and all they needed was a lil box they they come in and they could have exchanged them for the xs size as the ones purchased were a small. I was told to email Petco corporate which I have and am still waiting on a response... which was right after Christmas. No more corporate pet stores for me... they are almost as bad as buying something on the sidewalks of NYC and when it doesnt work or fit trying to get help 😂🤣😂 GOOD LUCK CHUCK!
