I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I brought my dog here for grooming with a 12:30pm appointment. Around 2:30pm, I received both a text and a phone call saying he was finished and ready for pickup. When I arrived, the groomer, Liz (or Elizabeth), told me she wasn't able to cut his nails—which was fine —but then informed me that she also had NOT cut his hair. She then asked if I still wanted his haircut... obviously I said yes it was the entire reason for the appointment. She told me to come back at 4pm. I returned at 4pm, and my dog was still not finished. She had my dog for nearly four hours and had done almost nothing. I'm not even sure he was bathed. I genuinely don't understand why I was contacted at 2:30pm saying he was ready when nothing had been completed. Please do not bring your dog here for grooming. My poor dog waited for hours, stressed for no reason, and received virtually no service. Pure incompetence. If I could give zero stars I would.

Saturday...One groomer in the store, double booked and it took 2.5 hours to pick up my dog; hench the time that my dog was there she was so stressed that she bit the groomer and was unable to complete cutting her nails.

My mini-goldendoodle looks absolutely beautiful after her wash and groom. She came home looking like a stuffed animal that had come to life ❤️❤️❤️ But- I was very surprised at the price I paid. $74.99 and $5.99 for a "materials fee"...? I'm being charged separately for SHAMPOO?? Then add on a tip. The total was much higher than the private grooming salon I had taken her to in the past. Not sure if I'll go back again.

Yikes! Be very careful who you book with. We booked with Liz and will need to go somewhere else to fix my dog’s cut. His face is all uneven, feet were not cut at all and looks like his has massive fluffy slippers, his whole body is uneven.. I think it’s worse than if my 2 year old cut him! I always smell the shampoo scent but it seems that was also missed. The cut isn’t even the worst part- when he was dropped off, we asked that she be careful with his neck because he’s an older dog and had to go to ER after a past grooming session. In the last few appointments, the groomers there had been very understanding about my dog’s sensitivity and age. Liz put the rope around his neck and dragged him by the neck! My mother thankfully stopped her and reminded Liz of his neck. Liz proceeded to ignore the request, stated she is there by herself and acted extremely stressed out and bothered by the appointment. I wish we took our dog back immediately but lesson learned. Again, there are some decent groomers but not all are equal! It’s a shame someone is would even be there who clearly doesn’t know how to treat animals well. :(
