- TFTaylor Faehner6 days ago1.0I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I brought my dog here for grooming with a 12:30pm appointment. Around 2:30pm, I received both a text and a phone call saying he was finished and ready for pickup. When I arrived, the groomer, Liz (or Elizabeth), told me she wasn’t able to cut his nails—which was fine—but then informed me that she also had NOT cut his hair. She then asked if I still wanted his haircut… obviously I said yes it was the entire reason for the appointment. She told me to come back at 4pm. I returned at 4pm, and my dog was still not finished. She had my dog for nearly four hours and had done almost nothing. I’m not even sure he was bathed. I genuinely don’t understand why I was contacted at 2:30pm saying he was ready when nothing had been completed. Please do not bring your dog here for grooming. My poor dog waited for hours, stressed for no reason, and received virtually no service. Pure incompetence. If I could give zero stars I would.

It used to be that I could go to Petco and find everything I needed for my dogs, but that doesn’t seem to be the case any longer. In addition, the store was very disorganized and only had two employees working.
