After getting her home I noticed that she had multiple knots in her ears and her tail looked really dry and was very snarly. I had to brush her out myself with a leave in conditioner which I shouldn’t have had to do after paying to have it done. Also, when I walked in for the appointment initially I was left waiting alone for 10 minutes and noticed that the grooming room was very dirty. There was mounds of hair everywhere and a water bowl for dogs in the corner that looked not clean. I also witnessed the groomer dragging a small white dog by the leash into the back, like why not just pick the dog up instead? Very put off from my experience here. We won’t be back.

I gave 4 stars seeing the hay at times while using the same brand and same kind isn’t consistently the same and at times it’s brownish and looks to be an older lot. I used to buy the Carnival one that was the Timothy hay but they no longer carry this to my disappointment and that was consistently the same . Also, I wish they carried more types of bedding such as the waterproof fleece bedding for guinea pigs as we have switched to using instead of the messy bedding that you have to consistently remove once it’s been wet from Guinea pigs going to bathroom . Also the staff are pleasant to me and my daughter as we visit a couple times a week . Thanks !
