  Petco Brookfield is my favorite store. They are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have what I ask for and package it as I ask. Thank you Brookfield for being the best Petco.

  Amazing Petco store. Usually I don't like the way these stores treat their animals but this one is great. Standout employees are: Elizabeth, Michael Arsenault and Andrew. Without these great people in your store this place wouldn't be as good. They all deserve Employee Of The Month, bonuses and a raise in pay...cause they go out of their way to help the customers. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I called the store to see if they had a certain product. I had a little bit of a drive to the store. Kendrick answered the phone and reassured me that he had the product. I arrived an hour or two later and I was greeted by Kendrick again, he not only walked me over to where the product was, he also showed me exactly how to use product! Which was very helpful. Kendrick was very polite, informative, and leads with excellent customer service-something you don’t see often nowadays in retail stores,.A huge thank you to Kendrick.We will be back!!!
