- JSJoAnn ShearnFeb 14, 20263.0Frankie needed to wear a muzzle which for some reason didn't have the size for a 15 lb dog so more stressful than it should have been. But what really gets me upset is the fact that with what you're charging that I wasn't able to get a receipt of what was done as far as his shots. With what I paid that should be automatic for everyone. To get anything like that through text or email and then have to have it printed out ridiculous. If this is a problem next year when he gets his rabies and distemper shots I'll be going elsewhere. These records are very important to have without this merry go round crap. You're prices are not low for what you supply I don't think getting a record of what's done at the time. OF PAYMENT out of line you certainly want to be paid on the spot. Very disappointed in this regarding paperwork
