He started telling me that my bearded dragon (Char) might Brumate (AKA hibernate) & what happens if he does. What to expect and how he will act of he does. What happens before during and after. Adam was SOO incredibly helpful! And j can't thank him enough!! In fact, I called him on my way home to ask him these questions because the Brumate was mentioned in passing while I was getting the crickets. Then when I was on my way home and thinking about it, I realized I had so many questions so I called. He answered EVERY SINGLE question, stupid or not. And was so kind to me about it. He never spoke down to me. He never treated me like I was stupid or less then. He never spoke to me like he was better then, because he knew more. He was just very KIND. THANK YOU ADAM!! I HOPE YOI HAVE A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY AND I CAN'T SAY THANK YOU ENOUGH! YOU ARE AWESOME!!

Manger and helper were unprofessional and rude not proactive at all. Poor service.
