She is super smart and funny, never makes us feel rushed, and goes out of her way to look up the latest breed-specific studies for personalized care. They often take questions over text message, have been easy to make appointments with, and the front office staff is lovely too.

Just to get in was 130 hold on my cc. 2nd flag, waited 50 minutes to get in. 3rd flag had the assistant tell me my dog needed a flu shot really no she does not. Gave it to her anyway. After explaining what happened she said we can only tell with a 250 dollar blood test, where her seizures are coming from! WHAT?! She looked over my dog once felt her and gave her a vaccine she needed and that was it. Went to get bill 330 after waiting so long and basically nothing. Then I get home and the receptionist dares to call me and tell me I owe an extra 52 dollars because she charged as a regular client not first time client. WHAT IN THE NAME OF! AS IF 330 isn’t enough. WOW JUST WOW!
