  We have been going here for a while now. We have mostly seen Dr Tan but on a couple of occasions have seen Dr Brandt too and they are equally wonderful! The entire team is wonderful, it is apparent that they all truly care and have knowledge/training in fear free veterinary techniques 💛 I love the set up of the office. The cat rooms and dog rooms are so much more comfortable for my pets than a traditional set up. We also love the option for "Happy Visits" for pets who need them! Our giant dog recently had a dental and they even sent a photo of him in recovery with his blanket and favorite toy ❤️‍🩹 I could tell that they were paying close attention to all signals when they mentioned at pick up that he had been sad and worried" all day (he is part husky and thus a drama queen - don't let him fool you, he was treated like royalty lol 😉 ). Every time we come for a visit I feel heard and respected. I feel like their priority is always whats best for my pets blended with care and compassion for the humans too.

  I cannot shout my praises enough for this incredible vet office. Our reactive dog has spent 3 years and 15+ happy visits/attempted appointments trying to get her yearly shots and bloodwork done at other offices. Dr. Brianna and our incredible vet tech (I am SO sorry I missed her name) were so patient and kind. They were quick to adapt when our dog needed more medication and more importantly were QUICK and efficient in getting shots in. They never made us feel rushed when we asked for a little more time to get things done. Thank you, thank you.

  We have had great experiences here with both of our dogs! We love the fear-free environment and the staff and veterinarians are very caring!

  It's a gentle, loving atmosphere unlike any other veterinary office I've ever known. Soft rugs and chairs, toys and treats are there for your kitty. No examination table, they get down to your pet's level. They truly love the animals they're treating. I just can't say enough about them!

  The vets and entire staff are amazing, absolutely the most professional, kind, compassionate, hard working, and knowledgeable people in the field. I LOVE their cat exam rooms with toys, litter box, and cat trees, as it makes it so much less scary for my kitties.
