  I’ve had to bring my dog here two times now and I have consistently been overwhelmed with the care, compassion, and thorough explanations provided by the staff. Once was almost exactly three years ago and the second time was just a few days ago. Unfortunately, this time I brought my dog in to help her cross the rainbow bridge. The staff was exceptionally compassionate and allowed me to take as long as I needed to say goodbye. They have a room dedicated to this service that allowed me time to be with my dog in her final moments. When I was ready to the vet to come in and administer the medicine, they came in and explained everything step by step. Once my dog had passed, they once again allowed me to spend as much time as I needed to say goodbye. They offered different options for cremation and allowed me to pick from several different urn options, and paw print options. I would like to thank the staff for how amazing they all are! I would recommend this vet to anyone ever needing emergency care. Their prices are also very reasonable and they don’t look to nickel and dime you for everything you’re worth. I would say their prices are very comparable to going to your normal vet. Please don’t ever hesitate to bring your animal here if needed.

  Just let me say that I don’t pass around great compliments freely. I do, however, like to acknowledge when I receive wonderful service, especially these days. I brought my 9 year old Persian cat in for an eye issue. I was given friendly service by the receptionist, and only had to wait for a few minutes until we received a room. Dr. Becker was kind and listened intently, but the real treat was Claire, who calls herself the cat whisperer. Not only was she sweet and gentle with my cat, but she helped me when I didn’t have enough to cover the bill. She was the absolute best vet aide I could’ve asked for and she made my experience so much better. Thanks to all, and especially Claire, for making a difficult night just a little better!

  Reina was so helpful in helping with a kitty that I found and brought in for a chip scan, kitty didn't have a chip but with her help I was able to locate the owner! Happy reunion for Tom!❤️ I definitely recommend Northside Pet Clinic! 💯

  ben passed away here after i left him overnight on IV fluids. when i checked out, they returned to me his leash but had lost his harness. it’s been a week with 0 communication on this and i do wonder how this was misplaced. it was originally gustavo’s harness, who passed in 2023 and very sentimental to me. i appreciate them stepping in to attempt to save my dogs life. vet didn’t give me any impression he thought he wouldn’t make it, so i agreed to the treatment. i regret not staying or to end his suffering sooner… as paperwork states “stiffening throughout the night” he was humanely euthanized the next morning. some of the staff was very sweet to me. others not so nice until my payment went through. i can understand why that might be, but it is very awkward.

  I cannot say enough good things about Northside Pet Hospital. During a very stressful and scary time for my cat, their team stepped in with incredible kindness, patience, and understanding. From the very beginning, their clear communication was such a relief. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. Everyone was truly exceptional, from the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors. Each person we interacted with showed professionalism, compassion, and genuine care for both my cat and for me. It’s clear they love what they do and deeply care about the animals they treat. I’m so grateful for the level of care we received. I highly recommend Northside Pet Hospital to anyone looking for a veterinary team that combines expertise with true compassion.
