But when our rescue chihuahuas started showing fear when going to the vet, we decided to try a clinic that specialized in a fear-free approach. After researching other vets across the metro area, we decided to give PetVet365 a try, and it was seriously one of the best decisions we've ever made for our dogs. While our dogs are still not thrilled to go to the vet, the team at PetVet365 has made a world of a difference in their (and our) experience. Everyone at the clinic is so kind, caring, and patient. When we're there, we can tell that our dogs are truly cared for, and I feel comfortable asking questions. In addition to being incredibly friendly, the team at PetVet365 excels at communication. I'll be honest, I'm a helicopter dog parent. Both of our dogs had dentals within the last couple of months, and these are always nerve-racking days for me. But Dr. Brandt and the vet techs kept me updated via text through every step of the procedure. They even sent a photo of Dr. Brandt snuggling one of our girls as she woke up. I also want to mention that they're an LGBTQIA+ friendly business, and it's great to know that their clinic is a safe and inclusive space.
