- KSKRISTINE SERRANO2 days ago1.0Horrible experience with the mobile vetco clinic. I have never been treated so poorly. The vet was professional, the vet tech was rude, clearly didn’t want to be working , and suggested I go some place else for vet care. Vet tech suggested I try medication since I have a wound up pup, when the vet is standing right there. Complete insubordination - I left wondering who was the Dr. I felt very sorry for any vet that have to work with this person. She is clearly in the wrong field. Off to make a license complaint against this individual.

I get that finding help is difficult and most employees do other things but the cashier should be able to see the check-outs if doing something else. Just be prepared to search for or yell for a cashier. I would have left the store but I needed the food.

I recently went again and was greeted by the employee Mateo and he filled me with so much knowledge on what I was getting and was able to guide me to everything I needed with the biggest smile and positive attitude ! Please ask for him if you’re buying any pet from there !

These ladies are the nicest, Jenifer stopped what she was doing to help me today. Seri help to ring me up. The moment I walked in there these ladies helped me from start to finish! Now that is what I call a great place! Those ladies are the best, will return because of them!
