I thought we would get those and go but the doctor came in and checked their hearts and everything and we got good news cause the last time our dogs heart was racing, they said that was normal for a first visit, and he was getting everything checked. And I do mean everything. Glands Lol. So happy with the people here and I’m happy with the price. I’m just sorry we waited so long to sign up our dogs here!

I was scheduled to drop my dog off at 7:30 AM for sedation due to an ear infection. I even took the day off from work so I could be available to pick him up after the procedure. When I arrived, I was told that my dog was actually scheduled for 5:00 PM—right before closing . They then asked me to wait for the doctor, who was supposed to arrive at 8:00 AM. While waiting, they asked me to sign a consent form even though no one had explained what procedure would actually be performed. I waited until 8:45 AM, and the doctor never showed up. This is especially frustrating because at my previous appointment a few days earlier, the doctor also never came in to speak with me. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when it involves the care of someone’s pet.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
