  Poor communication from being placed on hold 20 min in hopes of getting pricing for a few services, to not being told to bring in past records, to then having 1/3 appt and being turned away for not having past records on hand, wasting the time I took off work and the travel time there from Denver and back.

  Was an amazing experience! Felt very welcomed they were great with my dog! Made her feel comfortable and made her look like a new dog! Was very impressed with their work and all the services they offer! Set up the next appointment right away! Can’t say enough nice things if you are looking for great service come here!

  By far worst Vet I’ve ever been to. They have inexperienced employees with no regard towards your pets specific needs. I’ve had many bad experiences with this place and will never go back. If you schedule a quick visit, plan on staying for hours. If your pet is high stress, plan on them making it worse. Honestly I can’t believe this place is even still in business.

  3 days after my 13 year old cat had tooth surgery and cleaning here at caring hands, she rushed to a different emergency vet (CASE) and stayed there for 7 days. I was scared she was going to die at one point during her emergency care. Also caring hands is NOT a locally-owned business. It’s not a mom and pop shop. It’s backed by a multi-billion dollar private equity firm called KKR & Co which owns the parent business called PetVet Care Centers. PetVet Care Centers owns 400+ vet businesses including caring hands. When I picked her up from caring hands after her dental procedure, I was told she was under anesthesia for 270 mins (4.5 hours). But the records I was sent indicate she was under anesthesia for 318 minutes (5 hrs 18 mins). I showed up to drop her off for the surgery at 6:53 am and they told me to come get her at 5:30 pm. Before the surgery we did not talk about her being under anesthesia longer than 3 hrs. Her being under for so long caused her blood pressure to suddenly drop (this is what the person told me when I picked her up) and so they had to wake her up quickly. I was shocked, 5+ hours under anesthesia for a 13 year old cat was surprising to me. And now i have spent over $20K at a different emergency vet to try and keep her alive three days after her procedure at caring hands. She was at the emergency vet (Colorado Animal Specialty & Emergency aka CASE) 3 days following caring hands’ dental procedure and stayed at CASE for 7 days. When I went to the emergency vet (CASE) they asked who the vet was that did her dental procedure. When I named caring hands, staff member at CASE who checked me in said “oh no, yep, we get LOTS of patients from them.” Also I felt confused about whether this place was a pro cop facility! So if you’re an alternative person like me, or have a last name like mine, you may feel as uncomfortable as I did (see the punisher pro cop art they had on the wall when I was there). Idk if it’s still there but when I was there that’s the art they had on the walls. This vet completely broke my trust when I trusted them.

  Boarded my dog for a couple of days and couldn't be more happier with her care .They have very innovative staff as my dog is probably not always behaving thank you
