Dr. Fales and Dr. Milo are amazing vets. We had an emergency situation this past Easter weekend and through this week. These two vets showed unmatched compassion and knowledge when helping my family and I make tough decisions. I would recommend either of these vets to any pet owner. Lastly the front desk staff specifically Johanna are absolutely wonderful. She is responsive and kind. Thank you for helping make Jackie's last few days a little more bearable.

Dr. Milo is the best and most thorough vet I have ever taken my cat Coda to. Coda is a senior cat and Dr. Milo takes such good care of her and looks into every concern I have. Dr. Milo doesn’t write off any symptom I mention and looks into everything. I’m so appreciative to have a vet that cares as much as I do about my cat because she is as close to a child that I’ve got. As my cat gets older, I want to make sure I can catch anything before it becomes a big issue and Dr. Milo does every test included in my insurance and is very forthcoming about pricing/any out of pocket costs. Super grateful to have a vet that cares so much!

Worst experience EVER. Find a real good vet who actually cares! Do your research first! Horrible customer service. Its as if their front desk person enjoys making people upset and making peoples life more difficult when trying to cancel. Their billing department/system is inaccurate. They refused my wife service for our dog because they claimed we had missed the last 4 payments for the wellness plan even while literally showing them our bank account statements with the processed payments. Over the last year they confused our dog with a different breed, almost gave him the wrong meds if it weren't for us catching it, our puppy almost died during a botched neutering, after that they gave my wife no explanation or directions on what to do next. It was like they just wanted to rush her out to forget it ever happened. When trying to cancel, they send you to a corporate phone number, corporate says you have to call the local office, local office is extremely rude and sends you back to corporate but not before making sure you know you will have to full pay the wellness plan that started last month because of services received (that never were because they denied service this morning). Its no wonder this company has over 1100 complaints on the Better Business Bureau website.

Trying to get ahold of Banfield in Thornton and the phone lines say they are closed today, June 7th.
They are not closed according to Petsmart. The Petsmart clerk went back to tell them the recording on their phone says they are closed, and the Banfield person called me back and said we are not closed according I told her the recording says they are and they need to get it addressed. She said she couldn’t do anything about it. She was only there filling in from another store. Wh ast us wrong with the help these days There seems to be no accountability in helping the customer. I would have thought the clerk At Banfield would have said “oh no that’s not good, I’ll report it immediately “. But no she answered that she couldn’t do anything about it.
I finally got the Dr to call me back and he said he would report and address the phone lines.

I look at these reviews and wonder "they can't be speaking about the same clinic where I take my cat...It can't be."
Dr. Carson is the absolute BEST! She is kind, caring, VERY professional and does not push anything other than what is needed for your pet. Also, Tamera (Senior Tech) is the same, absolutely wonderful!! We recently adopted a new pet and moved out of the area. I have a Banfield a few miles from my home; however, I will travel to the Thornton Banfield because I do not trust anyone else with my pets' care! I promise you...YOU will not be sorry!

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
