- JWJessie WilliamsonMar 14, 20265.0We had an excellent experience with the team at Banfield Pet Hospital caring for our Chihuahuas, Mila & Leo Our dental procedure was originally scheduled at Banfield Pet Hospital in Westminster, but when technical issues arose, the staff quickly coordinated to move us to the Superior location the next morning so we wouldn’t lose our appointment. The team handled everything smoothly and even treated our pups to a complimentary pedicure in appreciation of our flexibility. Tenaya, the shift lead, was incredibly helpful in explaining the cost savings and preventative health benefits of the Banfield Wellness Plan. Dr. Fox was wonderful—her positive energy and clear communication made us feel more at ease about leaving Mila and Leo with her for their dental cleaning and extractions. Dr. Fox personally called several times during the day with updates and always discussed next steps before moving forward. Mila and Leo also received Heartworm testing and parasite prevention, and are recovering beautifully. While it was an investment, we truly feel the care, communication, and attention to detail were worth it. We’re grateful for the thoughtful care and look forward to bringing both Mila and Leo back for their next visit. 🐾

I brought my dog in to get an ear infection treated and the staff were so incredible and kind. My boy is still very young and excited (he’s a golden) and the staff did a wonderful job making sure he was calm and comfortable. When explaining his treatment and healing process, they were very detailed and showed me the proper cleaning steps to make sure his infection cleared up. Now, a few weeks later, he is completely healed and happy! Thanks for taking such great care of me and my best friend ♡

I have a 16 year old cat Bowie that needed mail trim. and everytime I go somewhere else it’s very difficult but not with Lupe !!! 123 done . She has a talent, not to mention her personality!! What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
