They should have gave me the option of paying with debit or credit instead or better yet adjust price or given me rounded up change back. Plus the cashier was rude. Definitely going to stick to chewy or Amazon from now on when ordering pet products.

I order her Prescription Heart food that is the only kibble she is allowed to eat and instead recieved Aquarium sand. I took the sand in and was told all they can do is refund. I asked if they can rush order for me because it's already been 2 weeks and she's about out of food. They told me no I would have to reorder it myself which would take another week or two or go to another store that carries it. It's a Prescription, of course no one carries it in store. Why would I reorder with the chance of not getting it right again and my dogs health suffer. This whole situation was just unacceptable as our family pets are the ones that suffer.
