The most I have had to pay for a grooming and the toenails were not cut which was one of the things I had said desperately needed done. The sanitary area barely chipped and after a week. She needs groomed again. I won't be going back there.

I had a refund and was very pleased with the customer service. In the past I've had problems but it seems things have gotten much better!

I love Petco. The staff is truly amazing here. They are super nice and always willing to help and they don’t rush you which is really nice. Their selection of terrarium plants is surprisingly good for Pueblo and way better that other pet stores in the area. My only issue with this store is how they are keeping their tarantulas. They are keeping them on wood chips will eventually kill the tarantulas. Tarantulas need substrates like reptisoil. The green bottle blue they have there has nothing to web up, no cork bark or anything and they are charging $100 more for both Tarantulas that they have than you can get them for anywhere else. Green bottle blues go for around $40 online and bird eaters go for around $40-$80. If petco took proper care of their tarantulas tiles and priced them properly I really think they could make a market on tarantulas but unfortunately the way they are keeping them is animal cruelty and will result in their deaths.

The prices are very high. CarLee did not provide good customer service. I went in there to buy a product I usually buy. I was surprised that many of them have less material than usual. Definitely not worth $3.23 after tax. I don't think I will be back and buy from them again.
One customer is not enough. But when 2,3,4,5,6,7...customers complain and refuse to buy products. You get the picture
