I called when the side effects suddenly got really bad, and I was blown off and told the office would "be in touch". Nobody ever followed up, so I called back after hours and my dog DIED WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THE EMERGENCY VET. My best friend is dead because these people couldn't take five minutes out of their day to listen to my concerns, and I will NEVER forgive them for that. Died of constipation because Mesa Vet couldn't be bothered to do their job until after it was too late. The gal who helped arrange after-death services was amazing. But I don't have a single good thing to say about the rest of the staff.
