She gave us a lot of literature to refer to after he returned home and she is always available for questions and follow up training sessions if we need them. Our lab (and us!) needed help to retrain his brain so he did not feel he was alpha. After we made very reasonable changes in our home, we have a more compliant and less anxious dog.
