- ACAlexis CrossMar 15, 20261.020 minutes before my appointment, I received a voicemail saying they won’t see my sick dog but can reschedule for Monday. A couple hours later I see in the app that they scheduled an apt that Monday without me confirming. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Because of this I canceled our insurance with Banfield.
- YFYury FaerMar 10, 20261.0They lie about there prices and provide services not required I have a dog with a toe nail that was pushing in to its pad. Last week Sunday I asked the person at the counter if this is something the hospital could take care of. The vet assistant told me yes and because my dog had been seen there earlier I did not need a vet visit just the nail clip would be performed. I brought my dog in at the drop off time. They did clip the nails and when I went to pickup my dog the had added on a vet visit and charged me an extra 89.00 office waist without informing me. When I tried to talk to the manager I was told yes sorry but this is the way it is then I was brushed aside and told to pay the bill. Extremely rood and 0 customer service. Not only will I never take any of my pets there again I do not recommend this place to anyone ever horrible people and customer service
- DADan AllenFeb 24, 20261.0Well this place has taken a 180 degree turn. We have been taking our pets there for years, but today my 20 year old cat was retuned covered in feces! It was a routine check up, so just half a day, and her haunches were all matted and brown. She has no bladder issues! And she was dehydrated. All the doctor said was write a review, so here it is. NEVER USE BANFIELD IN PARKER. THIS WAS MY WORST PET EXPERIENCE IN MY 50+ YEARS!

I took his sweet little dog here for an exam because she was not doing so well - she’s quite old now, 15, but they seemed to do a good job addressing her health issues and prescribed some medicines to help her with her pain and she is doing great.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
