- GSGeorgina SantichOct 21, 20251.0I took my 2 dogs for a bordatella .I explained 6 times I need a bordatella only for dog day care .the lady never listen nobody listen they gave my 2 dogs a wrong vaccine and instead charging me 48 $ for bordatella they forced me to pay 175 dollars for vaccines I never asked .very scary very dangerous cheap can cost the life of your pets .if this people are doctors they will be killing patients with allergies giving wrong medication is terrible they never gave me the money back THEY FORCED ME TO PAY FOR VACCINES I NEVER REQUIRED THEY MADE THE MISTAKE AND THEY DONT CARE IS ONLY ABOUT MONEY .THEY DONT LISTEN THEY DONT CARE .

The doctor reorganized was the only cool individual here ! I went for half price they ripped me off and FORCE ME TO PAY 2 vaccines I never request !!this people do not pay attention and they ripp you off when they made the mistake ! Very frustrating going for a 48$ vaccines and they forced you to pay 170 Dollars when they made the mistake and they do not listen . I will not recommend this place I have 10 pets ! They don’t listen and they don’t care ! Terrible experience and when you repeat over and over IM HERE FOR A BORDATELLA AND THEY HAVE THE WRONG VACCINES TO MY PETS !!! And they charge you double and they do not care !!!!

They did vitals last year when I got vaccinations for my dog, and not this time. Why? They were not busy, and there was no one waiting after me. If this is supposed to be part of the service, then why is it not provided? They also did not weigh him, just asked me how much he weighed. Why not weigh him when the scale is literally in front of my feet?
