We’ve been getting our rat girls from this Petco for years. Recently, we lost most of our companions and were looking for new friends for one of our girls, whose sister is about to have surgery. We were really worried about her being alone while she’s going through loss and recovery. Kaylyn and Xavier let us know that their rat vendor hasn’t been sending new babies, but instead of just apologizing, they took the time to point us to another place that did have some available, specifically because they understood our situation and didn’t want our girl to be without companions. They were so kind, empathetic, and went above and beyond—just like the rest of the team has over the years. A couple of years ago, when we got our very first rat girls, they also went out of their way to help when one just needed eye drops. This store has consistently been wonderful, and we’re really grateful for the care they’ve shown our little pets and our family.
