I had the most amazing vet experience I have ever had. My Grady is A shelter dog with extreme body sensitivity, and Leslie went above and beyond to make sure that Grady was comfortable. She gave him all the treats put a fan in the room with the calming mist and bird noises. It was absolutely fantastic. The Dr. We had made us feel so comfortable. They were so welcoming. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Leslie!!!!

if you want to waste your time and be treated like a piece of gum under your shoe, go here because the staff is unprofessional, rude upon picking up phone calls, and gives out false information and cares more about money than your pets wellbeing. i will no longer be going to this banfield.

I am leaving Banfield in Northglenn after 11 years. I have been going to Thornton/Broomfield location since the last negative interaction I had at Northglenn. The new location has been great so far. Super sad about Northglenn they have been with my baby since she was 8 weeks old. I recently found out that the Brandon I had an issue with has been rude to others. I do still shop at this PetSmart so I will not return as long as he is there, unfortunate. No one needs to call me I’ve already had my conversation about all this with Emma. Not sure why the cares team sent me an email to leave feedback for this location again.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
