I was approached by a clerk saying that they don’t open for 10 minutes so I got my worms and I waited around five minutes. I was ready to go to pay and another gal had confronted me and said that they don’t open until nine. You’re talking five minutes so she assumed to argue with me about them not being open until nine and I said well your doors are open. You should have a sign on the door. She said well I guess we’re just gonna have to start locking them like I guess you must I was like but five minutes is five minutes. You could’ve made a sale She refused to serve me so I left, now. I’m leaving this review. The store is always cluttered product on the floor shelves empty it smells horrific in there. Fish tanks are always dirty. I feel sorry for the animals. I go in and I buy mealworms or superworms for my lizard. They’re either half rotten dead and they want $26 for 50 worms after today, I will not be back. I will go online and I will buy them there not at Petco from somebody that actually has a business. If this was my shop, I would be appalled by my employees my shop when I owned it and if people came in five minutes early, I still serve them. It’s called good customer service service.
