- DDDee DelNov 20, 20251.0I had a grooming appointment with Syrsha and she was great! She recommended products and took extra great care of my doggo. If I only had to deal with her, I would definitely go back to this store since she deserves 5 stars. When I went to the front counter, I was met by Dakota who clearly did not want to be there. When I dropped my dog off, I went to look for a new collar. I went to the front to check out, she told me my total and added all of my reward points towards the purchase. I kindly told her I didn't want to use them for the collar. She rolled her eyes and sighed really loud. She never asked me if I wanted to use them, and then was upset when I requested not to use them. Sadly, I won't be visiting this location unless I have to because of this.
