I would have absolutely loved to give this office a better review, but unfortunately I can’t. We had four animals who went to this office two of them for some repeat visits. The two with repeated visit needs were not cared for properly which prompted me to get second opinions. Not only are the costs HUGE at this clinic, one of my dogs would have eventually ended up seriously harmed with the amount of insulin they had him on. It was two times higher than he needed. They push a lot of unnecessary products on people and idk if that is for kickbacks. I was told the diet my dogs were on was improper and was given two different prescriptions for expensive food that I found out neither dog needed. One dr announced to EVERYONE in the room I defaulted on the care plan and was in collections not even taking into account it was during COVID when this happened and there was hardships that occurred and that she was giving my personal business to a room of people. That same vet repeatedly also made some comments that eluded we don’t take good care of our dogs. They are now with a new vet office that is reasonably priced and who cares for the owners as much as the pets and both my boys are thriving better than they did at Banfield. It is very sad that a vet chain would treat customers like they are only good for the money and I am sad to write this review because there are other pets and people who go here and are being treated the same way.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
