- ZDZack DemareApr 4, 20261.0Horrible experience here at this location, the doctors don't know what the hell they are doing here my boy has suffered ear infections for over 3 months , wearing the cone and the doctors guessing what to do and to charge for every visit even with there stupid wellness plan that covers nothing!!! Do not ever go here!!!

I left feeling safe with the staff and not judged or unwelcome as I have at a different location. They didn’t put me down or talk down on me for missing our earlier appointment and rather treated us with respect and understanding. Milo enjoyed the love and belly rubs he received. They also called to do a follow up and check to see how my baby was feeling the day after his appointment. I traveled 30 minutes to come to this clinic and will do it again in a heartbeat to assure my baby receives the care he deserves.

They remember him by name, always follow up with phone calls, and have never pressured me into something I'm not comfortable with in regards to my pet. They genuinely seem to care about my cats well being, and there vets are very knowledgeable.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
