They mentioned a vet doing it but it wasn’t bad at all so I went home and removed it myself very easily. She has some other loose mats so we still wanted her groomed for the holidays. I took her back and now they say they won’t groom her because she’s old and has some mats(that they said where no problem earlier). I just don’t understand why they said one mat was a problem and then once it was gone they said she was the problem.. they are groomers!! Aren’t they supposed to be able to groom a dog????
