  This store has a really good salt water selection. I used to come here every week to buy stuff to stock my multiple tanks. I now drive all the way to boulder for my fish supplies. Jordan in the fish department is very rude and has no customer service skills. She lacks knowledge about salt water care and refuses to sell me anything and told me, "if you don't like it you can shop somewhere else." So thanks Jordan, I will be shopping somewhere else.

  On 2/9 my mother had an awful experience in the store. She was helped by someone named Jordan. She's was extremely disrespectful to my elderly parents. When asked by another associate if she could help us she said, "No." She proceeded to help us but had an attitude the entire time. She was very rude and short in her replies and kept telling my parents, "I don't know. You can look at another store. You dont have to buy from us." And walked away. Soon after my parents were approached by a young woman named Bebe/Bibi not sure on the spelling. She was the exact opposite of Jordan. She and another woman, I think a manager with glasses and blonde hair, completely turned the experience around for my parents. They explained that the company had done a package change and showed us that the only difference from our bag to the new bag was the color. If not for these two ladies my parents would have left very angry. My mother was considering not coming back to this location after her experience with Jordan. She doesn't have the personality to work in customer service nor the patience to deal with the elderly. Avoid Jordan if you're ever at this Petco but the rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

  One of the only places in longmont that also has a veterinary clinic. My cat needs prescription renal food, and this is the only stores I found that carries prescription food for pets.

  Jordan the manager is very rude. I asked a simple question and she made me feel dumb as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. She does not take care for the health or well being of the fish. There were more than one Betta with fin rot and floating at the top. She told me they were fine and not sick at all. She completely lied to my face. I counted at least 10 with health problems. Jordan is why bettas die in cups.
