I loved that this was separate from PetSmart. It made it easier and calmer environment with less distractions. I took my 1 yr old dog in and everyone we met and had contact with were friendly and patient answering all questions I had and giving resources as well. Definitely recommend.

* Banfield Hospital was very helpful after receiving the complaint. They examinated my kitten for free and replaced her medications at no charge. Also the vet I had appointemnt with was very caring and informative.
I brought my kitten to Banfield for a URI and was prescribed Clavamox. The box clearly says “Refrigeration Required,” but Banfield’s sticker partially covered it, and the vet never mentioned it at all. They seemed in a big rush, barely explained anything, and we left more confused than when we arrived.
Because of this, we stored and used the antibiotic at room temperature for five days, making it ineffective. I’ve never experienced such careless communication from a veterinary clinic. When it comes to animal health, attention to detail and proper guidance are non-negotiable, this was unacceptable.

edit:
We worked with the pet hospital and they were kind and remediated the situation. We were of course upset but I am happy they wanted to make the situation right. Thank you for the support!
original review:
I can't believe this place. Not only did they never take our kitten out of her carry case except behind closed doors, they gave us an antibiotic medicine without proper instructions. We were told to give her the medicine twice a day. They put the prescription label OVER THE INSTRUCTIONS. We found out half way through, as the medicine's color was changing, that the medicine box says to REFRIGERATE.
We felt bad about the service, and now we learned that they did not disclose and covered up crucial instructions vital to the health of our kitten. It also means her antibiotic treatment was stopped part way through, which exactly what you do not do.
This place is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and you should not bring your loved pets here.
edit: We just looked on our visit summary and found out they didn't give us a medicine listed either. Looks like a precautionary medicine for intestines so we didn't notice, but we paid for it, and was never made aware of it. I also want to note, that we were there for about 1.5 hours, in which the doctor came in at first for 5 minutes. We had to ask him back for more questions because they wanted to charge $300 for a test they did not explain, until we had to ask further about it ourselves

For the most part, the staff have been friendly and proficient. I mostly use it for the annual exams and vaccines. The cost of the plan went up and inflation beating 12% over last year, so I hope it doesn't do it again next year.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
