This morning at 2 AM we brought our 13-year-old dog in. She had a collapse trachea and it was time to put her down. They were so kind and caring. They made this Transition for Izzy so much better thank you for being there for us Theresa and Kassandra.

We had an awful night after seeing our dog have a huge seizure that he wasn’t coming back from. :( We are new to the area and brought him to this clinic in the middle of the night. They were compassionate and caring and helped us make a difficult decision. It wasn’t the ending we wanted but they helped make an awful situation better and we are grateful for that! 🤍 The sweet card from the staff was also very kind. Thank you!

Tragic experience here. I went to the vet hospital for help and they sent me back home. They said he was non-emergent and missed something on the x-rays and did not call and share PCL lab score they found. They also missed odor of necrosis that I specifically addressed. They also missed mentioning the grayish black area on the x-rays that could have been gas, stomach blockage or sepsis. Sent me home. Called back. Dog would not eat after cerenia and a couple hours. Drank water and immediately threw up. Called them back and they said oh just don't let him drink so much at one time. He was in crisis and they screwed up. 4 hrs later at my regular vet I had to put him to sleep. They could not believe they listed him as non-emergent when is organs were failing. Awful assessment here. Go to a better vet hospital. I saw in the older reviews other oets died within 24 hrs and also met someone else whose dog also died within 24 hrs from pneumonia. I have 4 other patient names and permission to use one as an example. Reporting to Colorado Vet board and getting a. Attorney involved. I am devastated and blmy dog suffered longer because they were not thorough and skilled enough to see the symptoms were indicative of something's else.

Very upset with service of a few people here. I will not return for any service. Questions are not very welcome especially in regard's to estimates and afterward was told “ we told you to have a surgery done at a low cost provider” when I called afterward when a concerning observation was made. I guess that’s what I get for questioning a quote? My pet required further overnight support immediately after returning home with a positive progress report. Obviously now at another provider and current diagnosis included detailed information not previously discussed(in my opinion if tests quoted were done this should have been center of conversation). I would rather be here writing good stuff because the overnight staff here was a good experience.
