    I don’t recommend this place purely because of the misadvertisement surrounding their Wellness plan packages. I was sold on the Premium Wellness package on the premise that it was a subscription. I found out today that it is not a subscription but a loan whereby you have to pay the remaining balance on the services provided the day you start your plan. So it’s not a monthly subscription fee you’re paying but the fee of the overpriced services over the span of several months- 1 year. It’s a shame because other than this huge lack of transparency in the pricing and billing of their services I thought the people that were in office when I came in were great and helpful about my cat’s condition. To Banfield, please make sure your employees are well-informed on the Wellness packages and the true nature of the billing process so they don’t spread misinformation. It is incredibly unethical to put people in debt without their knowledge.

    Super awesome visit... Not only is Dr. Rosado an excellent vet, but Michelle at the front desk was amazing. She's got the best personality and was so helpful. I saw some weird review on here complaining about her hair and tattoos, but what in the heck does that have to do with service? She's a beautiful person.

    MICHELLE, blonde hair, tattoos, at the front desk, is extremely rude and needs some customer service training! Like why the attitude? If you hate your job that much, maybe you should look for another one and not take it out on your customers! First impressions is huge, and she is not it. Maybe management should reconsider who is greeting their customers when they first come in because MICHELLE in my opinion is not the one. For that reason alone, I will NOT be returning to your clinic.

    Posting this review again to add on that banfield sent me to collections for the remaining $100 ish to the wellness plan. They are so focused on money they couldnt even bother to call and ask if my dog was okay but they sure did make sure to get their money. Congratulations banfield you won. Your corporation makes me sick. Don't go to this location if you care about your dog at all. My dog had respiratory symptoms for 1 week and stopped eating so I took him in and they ran a blood test and respiratory test and sent home with nausea medication. It is now Thursday and I have called for the results only to find out that the vet my dog had seen is only in on Sundays and is the only person who can read the test results so I will have waited a full week to find answers. My dog is still sick, not eating losing weight, has diarrhea and after talking to several different people on the phone I have gotten no where. Banfield over charges their care so when you try cancel the wellness plan they try to back charge you or charge you what you owe on the account regardless of their mistake. Now I have a sick dog and no answers after spending thousands of dollars at benfield. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!
