  If you love your dog don’t bring them to the banfield dental clinic (separate clinic from the actual banfield hospitals). We brought my dog in for a cleaning and she had a little trouble with her hips before but leaving she could barely walk and one of the techs told my husband that something went wrong with an injection but would get better in a few days. Being a nurse I called the next day to find out what happened and they lied and said nothing happened and my husband must have “misheard”. My dog progressively got worse after that to where she couldn’t use her back legs at all and it progressed to her losing control of her bladder and bowels as well. We ended up having to put her to sleep since she no longer had a quality of life and have regretted taking her to that dental clinic everyday. She was a part of our family and so loved and because of their incompetencies she is no longer with us. And we will never actually know what they did to her since they have done nothing but lie when asked. Even a banfield worker who we talked to said she would never take her dog to this dental clinic because she wouldn’t trust them. I wish that was something we heard prior to taking our girl there. Don’t make the same mistake we did by trusting your family member with them.

  Really great service and staff at this Banfield Pet Hospital. It's known for being the go to hospital for dental procedures in the area, but they are a fully functioning pet hospital too. All the staff here, from the front desk, to the vet techs, to the vets who I've worked with over the past few weeks while my pup was healing after a tooth extraction have all been awesome and helpful! This is typically the case at vet offices, I know, but I make the point because they really are super friendly and informative, and take the time to answer your questions and give you the information you are looking for, without making you feel like you're being rushed or they are too busy to help when you visit or call. When you have a sick or injured fur baby this is the treatment you are hoping to find! This is a great animal hospital and I'm glad we finally checked it out.

  Brought my dog Frankie here for his vaccines! He was nervous at first and warmed up to both the vet assistant and the doctor! Everyone was extremely kind and warm! They did the vaccines in the room with me present which I loved the most. Overall our experience was great!

  Legit the best!!!!! Had very sad news yesterday and the people here were absolutely amazing!!!! Thank you so much! ♥️ Charley, you are the sweetest and I think I need another hug!

  Good until they weren’t. I had a geriatric dog who had been in before, and I called when they opened on 7/20/25 for a same day euthanasia appt, and they declined to get him in. Banfield is good in general if you have a healthy dog, but were not great if my dogs were sick.
